We are on the hunt for a Business Development Manager for Site Selection, ideally with real estate background, to join an incredible company in the midst of international expansion in the US.
Our client, an international lifestyle beverage scale up, is looking to expand their brand in the US and take the coffee chains sector by storm!
As the BD Manager for Site Selection, you will be responsible for strategic, tactical and day-to-day management of real estate activities for new stores in all targeted areas, in alignment with the company’s business strategy and vision.

Key responsibilities as the BD for Site Selection will include:
In line with the company vision and strategy for the operation plan, work with the best real estate partner/s or other stakeholders to fast assess potential locations, conducting site visits, negotiating & drafting lease terms, making sure the best deal is achieved
Execute market and regional real estate strategies, tactics and programs to achieve local and regional goals, including new store counts, sales weeks, return on investments and other KPIs related to new store growth
Fully understand the local operation environment, comply with the rules and regulations in hospitality business
Measure and track outcomes, key results and relevant metrics to ensure progress and take progressive steps to address any gaps
Develop strategy and action plans for further expansion in New York and curate a portfolio of other operating regions in the US
Location planning to keep on top of the trends and to future-proof the site selection/targets & deliver results
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge of the real estate sector with 2-3 years of a similar role in site selection
Familiar and comfortable working under a fast-paced environment
Focused and organized with excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Highly intelligent, driven individual with a lot of common sense and professionalism
Feel comfortable giving and receiving criticism, asking a lot of questions and taking ownership
An extremely responsible individual with an open and engaging personality, and a quick mind
Previous experience in coffee shops or chain catering industry is preferred
