The Procurement Business Partner will be responsible for providing commercial saving and for successful delivery of procurement projects and global initiatives.
This new role needs someone with exceptional procurement specialist skills; a strong leader with a creative and innovative outlook coupled with experience working in a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation; someone who can demonstrate a strong track record in a commercially successful procurement business partner role.
You will be strategic, commercially minded and results focused with excellent negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to initiate, build and maintain business relationships.

Key responsibilities as the Procurement Business Partner will include:
Act as Procurement Business partner for European region, work with various stakeholders and provide commercial saving for successful delivery of procurement projects and global initiatives, to define and meet or exceed business requirements and manage annual financial and non-financial issues
Responsible for strategic sourcing in different categories, with a main focus in General Service & IT Service
Define short and long term procurement strategic plan to support BU growth ambition
Develop and execute the category strategy for the addressed spending, lead the sourcing and supplier on boarding for European Region in collaboration with global category owners
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including demand management, bidding, negotiation, local sourcing strategy development etc
Develop and maintain professional and productive business partnership with suppliers. Develop local market suppliers and manage supplier relationships, enrich the current supplier pool
Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives
What we’re looking for:
Strong working knowledge and experience within the areas of category management and operational process in General Service or IT service Procurement area
Preferable knowledge of working in Gaming industry and covering indirect sourcing areas
Strong character with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to collaborate seamlessly within a cross-functional team
Prepared and able to work within a high paced and diverse, global business environment
Skilled at interacting and aligning with people at all levels across the company as well as external suppliers, and dealing with cultural differences
