We are on the hunt for a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join an international organisation, project managing a large-scale development in Zeebruges, Belgium.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in industrial construction project management, ideally with 3 or more industrial real estate projects under your belt.
Solid understanding of whole construction project processes is needed and you will be comfortable managing project budgets, bidding procedures, project planning and conceptual design.
Fluent English is required for this role.
Key responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager will include:
Entire coordination, organisation and implementation of the construction processes to ensure the smooth progression of the project
Managing construction costs and budgets
Negotiating and liaising with contractors and managing construction tenders
Managing project timelines
Quality and procurement management
Ensuring project wide compliance with all health and safety procedures throughout the process

What we’re looking for:
Extensive experience in industrial construction project management
Demonstrable experience managing the construction projects of 3 or more industrial real estate projects
Fluent English
Excellent project management skills including project planning, project organisation and management
Project budget, cost composition and cost management experience
Solid knowledge of relevant Health and Safety laws
IT literate with proficiency in CAD drawing
Cost and quality awareness
Budget management experience
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Confident communication skills
Good business acumen - awareness of goals and results
