Recruitment Consultant Trainee - Full Training - No Experience Required £18,000 starting salary + commission Immediate and 2023 graduation start dates available Are you a recent graduate looking for an exciting sales-based role with high earning potential? We are currently hiring a number of graduates who will have the ambition, drive, resilience and motivation to not only accelerate their careers but drive company growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying and recruiting top talent for your clients businesses, closing deals and contributing to the growth of the company.
This role is best suited to those who are keen to develop, drive innovation and growth and become future managers and directors within the business. We specialise in helping Chinese corporates expanding globally. Our industry focus ranges from tech, biotech, automotive, manufacturing, consumer goods, renewable energy and more. We are part of an international HR consultancy company who have developed business across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia with a coverage spanning over 60 countries.
