We are on the hunt for an exceptional Head of Business for Europe. Our client is a world famous luxurious sports car brand. Their mission is to become a Global Integrated Energy Solution Service Provider for the whole industry to meet the needs of luxury electric vehicle users. The Charging Network will cover a pan-European geography area and offer super convenience for the luxury car owners to charge conveniently, abundantly and with confidence.
It is extremely important for our client to achieve its mission to provide convenient and reliable charging for all their drivers, In order to offer an impeccable experience for the car owners, the Company is growing its EV Charging Network across Europe.
The role is for someone with proven experience, who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our client’s charging stations in the European market, to ensure its efficiency and to enhance the users’ experience and our client’s brand influence.
The role will suit someone with a can-do attitude, tirelessly looking for opportunities, with data driven analytical skills, ability to work with external stakeholders following internal strategies and guidance.

Key responsibilities as the Head of Business will include:
Following the strategic directions of the Head Office, formulate the business objectives and business policies, sales strategies and business budgets of the European branch, lead team members to achieve business objectives; ensure the completion of the company's annual operation plans and profit targets
Responsible for the overall management of all aspects of the operation and business of the European branch, including presiding over the daily operations and management of the European branch, business development and management for the European market
Responsible for the functional management of the European branch, supervise, guide and review the business activities of the branch, and ensure the operation of each business
Responsible for the basic team building and personnel management of the European branch, formulate and approve personnel decisions, and coordinate personnel administration work
Responsible for improving the European branch company finance management system, according to the authorized scope of the group's financial management system to review financial expenses, reasonable control of financial expenses
Organize and complete market survey, marketing activities, product development, customer development and customer management; keep ahead of competitors, customer information, market dynamics and other information, and provide information support for the Head Office to formulate business strategies and new product development
Responsible for maintaining good cooperative relations with local governments and other public institutions in Europe, handling and coordinating various urgent tasks, and safeguarding the personal safety and legitimate interests of employees
What we're looking for:
Bachelor degree or above, master's degree is preferred, major in economic management, operation management or MBA degree
Over 10 years of relevant work experience, more than 5 years of experience in the same position, comprehensive management of European companies, more than 5 years of management experience in the energy and charging industry, and successful cases through previous work experience preferred
More than 3 years of E-mobility or charging industry management and operation, overseas product sales experience is required
Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, strong organization and coordination and grasp the overall ability; good team building skills; strong professionalism and team leadership skills, good communication and coordination skills, good teamwork spirit and strategic thinking and decision-making skills, interpersonal communication and organizational coordination skills, good social relations and strong PR communication skills
Be able to understand the electrical schematic diagram and mechanical structure diagram, and be familiar with European charging standards
Familiar with basic knowledge of strong and weak electricity, with basic knowledge of machinery
Understanding of complete car development process
Flexible and able to work under constrained time schedules and frequently revised priorities
The ability to plan and prepare in advance, in an environment that is constantly changing and evolving
A passion to deliver their best work and to strive to be the very best
Resilient and used to managing multiple projects and work streams at any one time
Ability of calculation and analysis
English can be used as a working language, Chinese and German skills are preferred
