We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in the Life Science or BioTech sectors, to join a global biotech company, growing rapidly in Europe.
This role requires an individual with a track record in sales and a deep technical understanding combined with the ability to empathise and resolve customer issues. You will use your knowledge and external contacts to expand and deliver profitable initiatives and drive business expansion.
Key responsibilities as the Senior Sales Account Manager will include:
Achieving agreed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and/or profit goals
Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics for products / services
Sharing market knowledge and customer feedback with senior management, sales and marketing teams
Producing written reports and documentation of sales activities
Driving business expansion in collaboration with other teams

What we’re looking for:
Successful sales account management experience
3+ years of successful sales experience in Life Science or BioTech sector
3+ years of experience in the field of medical devices; Applicants in the IVD industry are preferred
Degree in Life Science discipline (or similar) with hands on laboratory experience
Goal-oriented individual with an international perspective, team management skills, planning skills and the ability to focus on the big picture
Native French with fluent English skills a bonus
Excellent communication skills
IT literate
