We are on the hunt for an experienced and successful Sales Account Manager to join an international telecommunications company in Germany.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Account Manager will implement the regional annual sales plan and budget, manage the regional client relationships and achieve the sales and collection targets.
We’re looking for focused and driven individuals who possess a successful sales record within the telecommunications (or similar) industry and fluency in English and German.
Key responsibilities as the Sales Account Manager will include:
Business development, formulating sales plans for the project and increasing sales
Preparing quotations and tender documentation
Extensive client account management to build and maintain business relationships
Effective negotiation with clients
Compiling contracts, updating information for review and issuing internal orders for fulfilment
Supervising the implementation and delivery of sales contracts and assisting in after-sales service
Maintaining records, undertaking sales analysis and report production - communicating results to management to ensure business development and direction

What we’re looking for:
Previous success in a similar Sales Account Manager role in the telecommunications industry (or similar) - 2+ years experience
Fluency in German and English
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain business relationships
Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
Solid consultative selling skills and negotiation capabilities
Ability to travel as needed
IT literate with good MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong data analysis skills
Eligibility to work in Germany
